OWI is a proposed global open-source innovation and R&D ecosystem committed to reporting funding received, funds spent, restrictions, sources of support, and corrections—while protecting personal and banking information.
OWI begins founder-led and is intended to grow toward independent public-interest stewardship. Its founding charter and governance policies remain drafts until formally reviewed and adopted. OWI does not yet claim charitable or tax-exempt status.
