Acceptance and scope
By accessing this public website, you agree to use it consistently with these terms and applicable law. These terms govern the current informational website and do not create membership, employment, partnership, fiduciary, donor, or project-review rights.
Informational purpose
Website content describes OWI’s mission, plans, policies, and current status. It is general information—not legal, financial, medical, engineering, investment, safety, or other professional advice. Obtain qualified advice before relying on information for consequential decisions.
No endorsement, verification, or guarantee
A reference or link to a project, idea, person, product, service, or organization does not automatically mean OWI verifies, endorses, sponsors, approves, or guarantees it. Status labels and review standards will apply only when OWI formally publishes and uses them.
Accuracy and corrections
OWI aims to distinguish facts, proposals, drafts, and unavailable information. Content may contain errors or become outdated. Material corrections and changes will be handled through the Corrections & Change Log.
Third-party content and links
Third-party sites, projects, and materials are controlled by their respective owners and may have separate terms, privacy practices, risks, and licenses. OWI is not responsible for their availability or conduct merely because the website links to them.
Intellectual property and open licenses
OWI website branding and original site content may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party work remains subject to its original ownership and license. An open-source or open-content label applies only where a specific license is identified.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, distribute malicious code, scrape in a manner that materially disrupts service, impersonate others, or misrepresent an OWI relationship or verification.
Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OWI makes no promise that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
No charitable representation
OWI does not currently claim charitable or tax-exempt status. Do not describe support as a tax-deductible donation unless OWI later publishes verified legal and tax information authorizing that representation.
Changes
OWI may update the website and these terms as the initiative develops. Material changes will receive a new effective date and an appropriate entry in the public change log. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use.
